Hiretic was founded after a series of conversations between operators, startup builders and CX strategists from different parts of the world. Each had experienced the same challenge from a different angle.
Our founders had spent years scaling startups and leading customer operations under tight budgets and high pressure. One problem kept surfacing: high-quality CX talent was difficult to find, costly to retain and hard to scale.
