We do not act as an employer of the client’s workforce unless specifically stated in a custom service agreement.

All content on hiretic.com, including text, graphics, logos, software, databases, visual interfaces, and code, is the intellectual property of PrimeTime or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not:

PrimeTime facilitates the relationship between you and your remote team but does not employ these professionals unless explicitly stated
You are responsible for managing work performance, tasks, and communication with your assigned team
You must comply with all relevant employment and tax laws that may apply to your own business or jurisdiction
Any specific terms regarding confidentiality, deliverables, or non-disclosure should be agreed upon in writing between the client and worker or included in a separate agreement
Each party agrees to treat all confidential information received from the other party as strictly confidential and will not disclose or use such information except as necessary to perform their obligations under these Terms.
Confidential information includes all non-public business, technical, and financial information disclosed in any form. Exceptions include:
Information that is publicly available
Information lawfully obtained from another source
Information independently developed without use of confidential information
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hiretic.com/privacy-policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of personal data as described therein.
We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrimeTime, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:

Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
Your failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Burlington, Vermont, and you hereby consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within thirty (30) days.
If the matter is not resolved through informal discussion, either party may initiate legal proceedings under the applicable laws described above.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if provided) or by posting a notice on hiretic.com.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver.
