Our previous evaluation was not intended to measure how quickly you completed the test or how precisely you answered the questions. Instead, it was designed to assess whether you demonstrate the raw intuition and natural ability required to thrive as a customer service professional.
This final stage includes a virtual one-on-one meeting where we will get to know you better and assess your English proficiency. Please note that the purpose of this meeting is not to analyze your accent or the way you sound. Our primary focus is to confirm that you can understand and use English at a basic level, enabling you to participate in our internal training program if you are hired. Since most of our current available positions focus on written communication such as live chat, social media and ticketing support, please feel confident knowing that your English intonation or pronunciation will not be evaluated. Before we go over the meeting details, let us address a few important points.
We have received multiple inquiries from applicants regarding salary negotiations and possible adjustments to our base monthly salary of $650USD. At this early stage of our growth, we are unable to extend offers beyond this base amount. However, we do provide performance based bonuses along with additional allowances.
While we value the expertise and experience that senior candidates bring, our compensation structure is designed to safeguard the long term stability of Hiretic and to ensure that we remain financially sustainable well into the future. If this compensation package does not align with your current financial expectations, we respectfully encourage you to withdraw from the recruitment process.
We are working closely with the relevant authorities in Ghana to ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements, including PAYE income tax and SSNIT contributions. This guarantees that your base salary is paid in full, without any deductions. Although this role is fully remote, applicants must reside in Ghana, India, or the Philippines, as we are currently unable to onboard employees outside these location.
Please note that a Hiretic representative will never request recruitment fees or sensitive information such as passwords, one-time passcodes, or card details through any channel of communication. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately, as it does not originate from our team. To reiterate, any person(s) that asks you to pay a hiring fee is not legitimate.
Your upcoming meeting will take place as a video call with our Human Resources team. You may join the meeting from your home or from our provisional IT facility located in Accra Central Business District. If you have reliable internet access or live far from Accra CBD, we advise you to participate from home. However, if you do not have a stable connection, we recommend using our facility, as there will be no meeting reschedules. As you may already know, notarization is the official legal process that certifies a document has been voluntarily signed by a qualified individual.
This step is part of the standard due diligence process to ensure full compliance with national regulations. If you do not meet the above eligibility requirements, you should not proceed with notarizing the affidavit and should withdraw from the recruitment process.
